The everyday rules for working together. Your written quote takes priority if anything differs.
Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this website are starting points. Your final price is the one given in writing in your quote. A quote is valid for 30 days.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit is payable before work starts and the balance on completion. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
What you provide
Text, photos, logos and access to any existing accounts. Delays in getting these will move the delivery date.
Who owns the work
Once your invoice is paid in full, you own your website content, your domain name and your accounts. Third-party software used in your project stays under its own licence.
Ongoing costs
Hosting, domain names and any paid third-party software are separate from the build price. These are always explained before you commit.
Liability
We work carefully but cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings or enquiry numbers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the work concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
