What information we collect

When you send the quote form or the contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, the type of business you run, the service you're interested in, your budget range and anything you write in the message box.

We also record anonymous information about which buttons and pages are used on this website. This does not identify you.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver work you ask us to do. The legal basis is your consent and, where work is agreed, the performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. It is stored with our hosting and database provider so this website can work. Where any provider stores data outside the EU, they do so under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to paid work are kept for as long as Irish tax law requires.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll act within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
